A. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is anything wrong with your item that was not listed in the description, please send us an email and we will work something out. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
Q. how much is shipping?
A. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of items.
Q. do you take custom handmade clothing orders?
A. We currently do not take custom handmade clothing orders! Clothes are made on a “what-fabric-we-have” basis for the time being. Every piece is unique and one of a kind. You’re welcome to send an email with any suggestions for what you’d like to see!
Q. Do you take custom handmade macrame orders?
A. We do! We are happy to take your custom Macrame order. Please find the “Custom Macrame” product listing, purchase the $20 item to hold your order then send an email with detailed description of what you would like to have custom made. Include dimensions and style with example photos.
Q. Do you take vintage clothing requests?
A. Yes! We are definitely happy to take any requests for specific vintage items. We will keep an eye out, and if we find what you’re looking for we’ll be in touch.
Q. How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?
A. Shipping can take anywhere between 4-10 business days, please look at your tracking number that came with your order to know exactly where your package is! We ship all items within two days of purchase.
